We accept returns due to manufacturer's defects in sellable condition in all original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus all shipping costs. All returns must be authorized first by phone or email.
Custom-made and special-order items are not returnable.
We cannot guarantee that a product's color will match exactly what you see on your computer screen, as all screens are different. If you are unsure of how a product will look in real life, we encourage you to contact us for more information before placing your order.
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for letting us know via phone or email within 24 hours of receipt. The customer is to save all packaging and shipping materials until notified otherwise.
Customers may cancel an order at any point prior to shipment. If an item has already been processed for shipment, cancellation is no longer an option. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel custom-made and special-order items.
Most items are in stock and ready to ship.
Same day shipping cut-off is at 2 PM EST. Any orders placed after this will ship the following business day as long as items are in stock.
Orders ship only on Monday through Friday. Any orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Friday will not ship until the following Monday.

Q: Where are the CBD products on your website?
A: Our CBD products are only available in-store at our retail locations and unfortunately are not available for purchase on our website. Please visit (insert retail locations that offer CBD) page to find your nearest Kings of Vapor location that offers CBD.
Q: Can I place an order over the phone?
A: Unfortunately, with age restrictions on vaping products we can not complete an order over the phone.
Q: How does the ship to store work?
A: Ship To Store is a convenient way for residents in NE Ohio to have their order ready and waiting for them in-store when they arrive. If an order is placed before 3:00pm on a weekday, it will be ready at the store by 5:00pm the same day! Any order placed after 3:00pm will be available for pick up the following business day at 5:00pm. Once the order is ready at our retail location, you will receive a call to your contact number on your account to inform you that it is available. Any order placed after 3:00pm on Friday or during the weekend will be available the following business day (Monday) at 5:00pm
Q: How do I get the coupon for Buy 2 Get 1 House Juice or Buy 4 Get 1 Coils?
A: No coupon is necessary! Simply add 3 or more House E-Liquids to your Cart or 5 or more coils and the discount will automatically apply when you view your cart!
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders placed on weekdays before 3:00p.m. EST will ship out the same day. Orders placed after that time will ship out the following business days. If any order is placed Friday after 3:00p.m. EST, it will ship out the following Monday.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Unfortunately we are unable to cancel, modify, or make changes to an order once the order has been placed. In some cases, we may cancel the order if the package has not yet begin processing with our shipping department. Please be aware that once a package has been processed, the order will no longer be able to be cancelled. If necessary, you may refuse the package at the time of delivery. Once we receive the package back at our shipping department we will be glad to modify or cancel and refund the order.
Q: Do you offer phone support?
A: Unfortunately, we do not offer phone support at this time. The best method of communication with our customers is through email. Contacting us via email or through our website typically has a response time between 24 to 48 hours during business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

A: Unfortunately we do not ship to countries outside of the United States. However, all domestic orders ship free!
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Our retail locations are open every day from 9:00am to 9:00pm, with some locations opening at 10:00am until 9:00pm. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday 9:00am until 5:00pm
Q: What will happen if an item in my order is found to be Out-of-Stock?
A: In rare cases that an item that you purchased is found to be out of stock during the fulfillment process, a member from our team will contact you immediately to inquire about a possible substitution. Please note that in certain circumstances, we reserve the right to issue a refund for an out of stock item and to ship out the rest of the contents of the order in an effort to minimize any further delays. Alternatively, if the out of stock item greatly affects the rest of the order, we may issue a full refund for the order.

A: Products purchased from our retail locations can be exchanged to that location after a product manufacturer defect is found. A: Kings of Vapor offers a 30-Day Manufacturer’s Warranty on all devices sold (excluding dry herb/wax equipment). Once a product has been inspected and attempted to be repaired, the item can be exchange for a device of equal or lesser value.. All e-liquid sold does not have the same warranty and all sales are final.

A: If you visit the retail location, simply let the staff know what flavors to mix in each bottle and how much of each to add!. If ordering online, leave a comment in the comments section of the order with special instructions of what flavors to mix together!

A: Nope! Our house liquids are pre-steeped at 0mg nicotine and the nicotine is added to each order.

A: Our house liquids are pre-steeped at 0mg nicotine and the nicotine is added to each order. It is natural in some cases for the nicotine to settle in the bottle after it’s initial mixing, so if it seems strong- give the bottle a hearty shake!
